How information submitted through ics.vn is handled.
This public policy describes the contact form, technical anti-spam controls, delivery channels, and user requests supported by the current website implementation.
Requests: contact@ics.vn · 0707 806 860

1. Controller and scope
Information is received by International Cyber Security Joint Stock Company. This policy applies to forms and contact channels published on ics.vn. Specialized portals, partner systems, or external services may publish separate policies.
2. Information you provide
The form may collect your name, company, work email, phone number, area of interest, expected timeline, preferred contact channel, and a description of the request. The page where you started the request is recorded so that ICS can direct it to the appropriate team.
3. Technical data used to protect the form
The server may read an IP address from the technical request information to limit submission frequency and reduce spam. This information is used only to protect the form and is not included in the request sent to the responsible team.
4. Purposes of processing
- Validate and classify the request.
- Respond, request additional context, or coordinate the appropriate specialist.
- Prepare a scoping session, initial assessment, product demonstration, controlled trial, procurement exchange, or recruitment conversation when requested.
- Prevent spam, abuse, and technical incidents.
5. Delivery channels
Depending on the operating configuration, a valid request is forwarded to an ICS-controlled intake system or an email service. If the online channel is unavailable, the website provides the public email address and hotline as alternatives.
6. Sharing and use limitations
ICS does not use this public form to sell personal data. Access should be limited to people handling the request and technical providers required for delivery. Any broader project or contractual sharing must be defined in the applicable agreement.
7. Retention and deletion requests
Retention depends on the purpose of the exchange, opportunity status, contractual obligations, and the internal process applicable to the request. You may ask ICS to confirm, correct, or review deletion of information that is no longer required.
8. Cookies and measurement
The website does not use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral analytics tools. First-party measurement is off by default and can only be enabled through an explicit operational setting. When enabled, the browser creates random visitor and session identifiers in localStorage/sessionStorage; the server stores only HMAC-derived identifiers, query-free paths, sanitized campaign values, referrer domains, and page, reading, click, or form-submit signals. IP and user-agent values are hashed, and analytics does not store form content, email addresses, or phone numbers. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled do not send events. Before public enablement, ICS must define an appropriate retention period and opt-out mechanism.
9. Security and limitations
The website validates submitted information, uses an anti-bot field, limits submission frequency, and uses HTTPS in production. Do not submit passwords, confidential information, access keys, customer data, or unauthorized sensitive information through the public form.
10. User requests
Email contact@ics.vn with enough context to identify the request and relevant information. ICS may need to clarify identity, scope, and the channel originally used before making a change.
11. Policy changes
When collection or delivery behavior changes, the public version date and the corresponding sections will be updated. This page is the reference policy for the current contact form.
